Congratulations to CT HEAT Senior Casey Carangelo who scored her 1,000 point last night as she lead her Thomaston High School team in a win over Housatonic last night. Casey’s CT Heat Teammates and Coaches were on hand to celebrate the special career milestone with Casey along with her Parents, family, friends, classmates and high school teammates.Casey and her teammates are in pursuit of a third State Championship in four years to cap off an already impressive resume that includes becoming an All State selection last year as a junior and competing in her third straight State Tournament winning in both her freshman and sophomore years.Next year, Casey will continue her basketball career at St Francis College in NY as Division 1 scholarship Student Athlete.
